Cambridge Books Online is the online content delivery service for Cambridge University Press's electronic book collections. The current MPG subscription comprises selected subject collections, additional content may have been licensed by individual Max Planck institutes. Cambridge Journals Online is the online content delivery service for Cambridge University Press’s collection of leading journals across the sciences, social sciences and humanities. Max Planck researchers have access to the full collection of nearly 400 journals across STM and HSS. SciFinder-n is a research solution that provides access to the world's most comprehensive and authoritative collection of chemical reactions, substances and scientific literature curated by expert scientists in chemistry and related fields like physics, material science, biochemistry and genetics. Of key importance is CAS Registry, the CAS substance collection, which includes substances, their names, structures and registry numbers. In addition, proteins and nucleic acid data are indexed providing a unique environment for molecular biologists, e.g. for design of target molecules. The Chicago Manual of Style (CMS) is a style guide for American English published since 1906 by the University of Chicago Press. The CMS deals with various aspects of editorial practice, from American English grammar and usage to document preparation. It also prescribes writing and citation styles widely used in publishing. The platform offers the full contents of the most recent two editions.

CAJ is the most comprehensive, full-text database of Chinese journals in the world, including more than 50 million full-text articles from about 10,000 academic journals in all disciplines. The MPG subscription comprises all subject editions (Series A-J) and covers access back to 1994.

Chinese Ancient Books provides access to fulltexts of 10.000 pre-modern Chinese works.

Complete full text database of Chinese publications particularly from the republican period (1911 - 1946) to the present, with a focus on publications issued before 1976. These publications are difficult to be obtained abroad, since the book market for the People's Republic of China was globally available only after the late 1970s. The database contains 700,000 titles (monographs, collections, partly journals from the republican period and other forms of text) from all subject areas, including literature and archival material. The focus lies on social sciences and humanities.

The CogNet Library is a growing, searchable collection of books, journals, reference works, OpenCourseWare links and conference materials. The portal provides an integrated search of distributed databases (free and subject to licence), access to selected digital collections and an online guide of electronic resources related to East and Southeast Asian studies (OGEA). The Data Citation Index (DCI) on the Web of Science™ platform provides a single point of access to quality research data from repositories across disciplines and around the world. DCI includes bibliographic metadata from research data in Data Studies and Data Sets from a wide range of international data repositories. Source records include three document types: Repository, Data Study, and Data Set. Each record in the product contains standard bibliographic metadata such as author, abstract, keywords, descriptor terms, and more. Records may include cited references and citing article counts. DCI covers research areas in the social sciences, physical sciences, life sciences, and humanities.

The DeepL Translator is a neural machine translation service that is freely available online. Launched in 2017, it started with translations between 7 European languages and currently supports 24 languages. The MPG subscription to DeepL Pro ensures unlimited text translations and that the translated content is not stored or reused. DigiZeitschriften is a digital library containing digitized back issues of core German research journals. At the moment the platform provides full-text access to more than 600 journals dating back to 1850. The archive content is edited on an ongoing basis. Any existing gaps will be filled and missing data steadily added. Users from the MPG have access to the complete journal collection, older public domain content is available free of charge to anyone.

ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global is the world's most comprehensive collection of dissertations and theses, covering materials back to the first U.S. dissertation, accepted in 1861, as well as to European dissertations from the 17th century. The database is the official dissertations repository for the Library of Congress, with 5.5 million bibliographic citations, 3 million full texts, 4,100 contributing institutions worldwide and 250,000 works added annually. Full-text coverage spans from 1743 to the present, with citation coverage dating back to 1637.

Duncker & Humblot is a German producer of high-quality academic research and scholarly publications, especially in the fields of law and social science.
