In particular, the database denotes artworks (inter alia: manuscripts, metal works, sculpture, painting, handcraft) of the early Christian until the medieval period, focusing on the art of the western world. These stocks are complemented by artworks from Coptic Egypt, Lebanon, Ethiopia, Syria, Armenia, and the Near East.
