Online Contents Educational Sciences provides access to the tables of contents of journals in the field of educational sciences. It is a subject-oriented selection of bibliographic data from the Online Contents database. This database is regularly enhanced by table of contents data from additional periodicals out of the special collections of the UB Erlangen-Nürnberg as German central subject library for Educational Sciences. It covers journal articles and reviews about various pedagogical disciplines, including home and foreign educational system, early childhood and preschool education, school and special school types, curriculum, teaching and teacher education, special needs education, vocational education.

The database OLC Ibero-America, Spain and Portugal is a regional related section from the Online Contents database that is constantly being completed with the addition of selected journals from the competent Libraries, the Library of the Ibero-American Institute Prussian Cultural Heritage (Ibero-America and the Caribbean) and the state and university library SUB Hamburg (Spain and Portugal). Currently more than 1.400 journals are being indexed. Gradually earlier editions of these journals will also be made accessible.

Online Contents Law is a subject-based selection of bibliographic data from the database Online Contents. The improvement of the Online Contents Law database is supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation) - from 2006 - within Internet portal Virtuelle Fachbibliothek Recht (Virtual Library Law). The further development of the database is coordinated by the Sondersammelgebiet Rechtswissenschaft (Special Collection Law) of the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin - Preußischer Kulturbesitz (Berlin State Library - Prussian Cultural Heritage). 88 journals cover the ibero-american law and are part of the Online Contents - SSG Ibero-America.

The Online Contents service of the Special Subject Collection Political Science and Peace Research is part of the Online Contents database. It offers access to tables of contents of more than 870 journals relevant for study and research. New journals were added until December 2013 by the Special Subject Collection. Thus the database contains approximately 1.478,600 records of journal articles and reviews.

OLC Psychology is a subject oriented selection of bibliographic data from the Online Contents database. This database is regularly enhanced by table of contents data from additional periodicals out of the special collections of the Saarland University and State Library (SULB) Saarbrücken, the central subject library for Psychology in Germany. Currently 878 journals are being indexed back to the year of publication in 1993.

The SpringerLink platform provides MPG staff with access to a huge collection of English and German eBooks from 2005 onwards, as well as the English and the German collection of the Springer Book Archive (1842-2004). In addition, the content of selected book series is available. Includes major reference works and dictionaries. Max Planck researchers who publish a monograph or edited volume with Springer Nature as an Open Access eBook receive a discount on the standard Book Publishing Charge. Swisslex beinhaltet die Urteilssammlungen der eidgenössischen Gerichte und der meisten letztinstanzlichen kantonalen Gerichte (teils zurückgehend bis in die 70er-Jahre) sowie des Bundesgerichts ab 1954. Das Archiv umfasst ca. 75 Fachzeitschriften, eine große Zahl an Gesetzeskommentaren (Reihen wie Zürcher, Berner Kommentar oder Stämpfli Handkommentar) und über 2.650 Werke der Fachliteratur. Rund 510.000 Dokumente sind im Volltext zugänglich. Ein 3-sprachiger Übersetzungsthesaurus ermöglicht eine sprachübergreifende Recherche, sodass Publikationen über eine Suche in nur einer Landessprache in ihrer Originalsprache auffindbar sind. Zudem umfasst Swisslex auch eine EU-Rechtsdatenbank. Swisslex includes the jurisdiction of the Swiss federal courts, of most of the cantonal courts (since the seventies) as well as of the Supreme Court (since 1954). It provides access to approx. 75 journals, numerous legal commentaries and more than 2.650 monographies. About 510.000 documents are accessible in fulltext. By means of a trilingual thesaurus, the user can find publications in its original language. Besides, Swisslex comprises a database with content to the EU.

Databases of terminology and dictionaries can be searched parallely under an unique surface. The Subject Gatewy for Law is an instrument for the legal information retrieval. It provides straightforward access to legal information in the Internet. Die Virtuelle Fachbibliothek Recht ist ein Instrument für die rechtswissenschaftliche Online-Recherche. Sie bietet einen ortsunabhängigen und unkomplizierten Zugang zu rechtswissenschaftlichen Fachinformationen im Internet.

This database contains references to 185.858 articles of educational relevance from domestic and foreign journals and newsletters. All education areas are covered: kindergarten, school, job training, academy, further training, discussions and decisions of matters of education policy. The database was concluded on 30 April 2015 and is no longer updated, but the archive is still available for document ordering. -- In dieser Datenbank sind 185.858 bildungsrelevante Artikel aus in- und ausländischen Zeitungen und Newslettern nachgewiesen und mit Schlagwörtern erschlossen. Dabei werden alle Bildungsbereiche - vom Kindergarten über Schule, Berufliche Bildung, Hochschule, Weiterbildung bis hin zu bildungspolitischen Diskussionen und Entscheidungen - abgedeckt. Die Datenbank wurde am 30.04.2015 abgeschlossen und wird nicht mehr aktualisiert. Das Archiv steht weiterhin für Kopienbestellungen zur Verfügung.
