CIAO is also widely-recognized source for teaching materials including original case studies written by leading international affairs experts, course packs of background readings for history and political science classes, and special features like the analysis of a bin Laden recruitment tape with video.

The Economist Historical Archive comprises the complete content of all printed editions of the Economist from the years 1843 - 2012. The Economist is the most important international weekly for economic and financial policy. Articles are presented as color images. For the archive full text search with different indexes has been set up. The archive supports export of the "Economic / Financial Indicator" in Excel format, and has a gallery of title images with marked key topics for every week. The DFG subscription covers the years 1843 - 2006 only, but currently full text access has been granted to the complete historical archive.

Emerald Archive references full text articles from nearly 400 journals and more than 1,100 books published by Emerald until 2021. Add-on content, such as case studies, interviews, and reviews, is available. The major amount of the content originates from the field of economics. In addition, library science and engineering are covered.

This collections contains 1,529 e-books containing more than 572,000 pages from 681 book titles that were written by 311 authoresses. These e-books were created from 1,830 books originally published between 1776 and 1876. The collection first and foremost contains novels and short stories, but also plays, poetry as well as a few anthologies, travel literature and children's books that stem from the holdings of the Fürstliche Bibliothek Corvey. It is the most comprehensive compilation of women's literature from the romantic period in English language. The collection contains approximately 90 percent of the British prose published during that time. The e-books contain digitally enhanced facsimile pages of the historic book pages, and additionally bookmarks pointing to relevant sections of a work. On the e-book pages, full text search functions can be carried out within the historic text and layout.

The Financial Times Historical Archive delivers the complete searchable facsimile run of the world’s most authoritative daily business newspaper. Every item ever printed in the paper can be searched and browsed article by article and page by page. The archive additionally comprises the supplements 'Financial Times Magazine' and 'How to Spend it'.

Integrum World Wide is the largest full text database of Russia and the CIS. Among other content, the database comprises hourly updated texts from the Russian and English press (regional and national newspapers and periodicals, monitoring services from TV and radio, press agencies), statistics (Goskomstat), legal texts, governmental publications, patents (Rospatent), belletristics, bibliographic databases of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INION), internet sources, address and phone directories, Yellow Pages, etc.

The database spans more than two centuries of content, 37 key subject areas, and multiple languages.

This historic journal index enables the simultaneous search in millions of citations for articles published in the arts, humanities and social sciences, across more than 300 years. It enables researchers quickly and comprehensively to identify articles relevant to their field of study and reduces what could take years of research to a matter of minutes. Journals indexed span 37 key subject areas and multiple languages.

The database comprises (in full text) the editions of the Times Literary Supplement between 1902 and 2005. The Times Literary Supplement reviews titles from all academic disciplines as well as literature, current theater and cinema productions, and exhibitions. The database offers insight into literary life and opinion making by critics in the 20th century. TLS does not only offer access to a facsimile page of the article desired, but also identifies authors, whose names were not disclosed in the printed editions of the TLS before 1974. Altogether, more than 540,000 reviews, letters, poems and articles about more than 5,000 topics of the TLS are available in their original context. This collection contains 35.000 pages of English-speaking national literature from 116 books originally published between 1789 and 1834. Independently from authors' places of birth, their works have been selected for the collection according to their Wales-related content.
