Contains all decisions of the criminal divisions of the German Supreme Court (BGH) since autumn 1991. Collection of over 8,000 documents in full text, including also unpublished documents.

In addition to that, the following statutes relevant to the criminal law are included: German Penal Code (StGB); GVG (Excerpt); German Opium Act (BtMG; Excerpt); WaffG (Excerpt); German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO), JGG; GG, AO (excerpt).
