The Acta Sanctorum are one of the most important sources for the exploration of society and culture in the Early Christian and medieval Europe. Our knowledge of this epoch is almost exclusively based on the Hagiographic literature, in particular on this monumental collection of texts published over a period of 300 years by the Societé des Bollandistes. The edition is based on the series "Heinemann's African Writers Series", a comprehensive collection of modern African 20th century literature. The series comprises more than 300 titles and contains poetry, drama, and non-fictional literature by authors like Ama Ata Aidoo, Mongo Beti, Steve Biko, Dennis Brutus, Cyprian Ekwensi, Buchi Emecheta, Bessie Head, Luis Bernardo Honwana, Chenjerai Hove, Nelson Mandela, Jack Mapanje, and Veronique Tadjo.

Analecta Hymnica Medii Aevi, edited by Guido Maria Dreves in collaboration with Clemens Flower and Henry M. Bannister, is an important collection of medieval Latin poetry (hymns, sequences, tropes, and psalteries). It was published from 1886 to 1926 in 55 volumes and is now available in an electronic version.

The database contains the text editions of the printed Aristoteles Latinus series and is continuously enriched by additional editions. This electronic edition is particularly valuable, partly because it is an integrated database containing all medieval translations of Aristotle's work. With new content uploads occurring on a regular basis, the database offers a constantly growing treasury of theological writings, biblical commentaries, confessional documents, and polemical treatises written by more than 300 Protestant authors.

Fulltext collection of French literature transmitted orally or in writing, from sub-Saharan Africa. The corpus contains about 11.000 texts of diverse genres, e.g. novels, short stories, poems, songs, tales and legends, including numerous materials which are rare to be found; it covers literature from about 20 countries and 100 ethnic groups. Beyond the actual texts, the database contains the commentary as well as notes and comments from the reference editions the corpus is based on.

Database with more than 900 works of medieval French literature, composed in the langue d'oïl. It contains narrative prose, chanson de geste, poetry as well as spiritual and worldly drama. Texts have been treated as in scientifically acknowledged reference editions.

The database contains 18th and 19th century primary literature in German, English, and French from the Corvey library, and thus presents the holdings of a library of the nobility preserved as a whole. Nearly all textual genres are represented, whereas the contentual focus lies on the Romantic period between 1790 and 1840 (1870, respectively). The current release features the English translation of Barth's magnum opus, The Church Dogmatics, in its entirety. The original German version, Die kirchliche Dogmatik, is also included as are the first 36 volumes of Barth's Gesamtausgabe, which includes hundreds of letters, sermons, lectures, conversations, and academic writings. The collection licensed by the DFG comprises 1000 e-Books. In addition, access to 3,400 free electronic books from all subject areas is provided.

This collections contains 1,529 e-books containing more than 572,000 pages from 681 book titles that were written by 311 authoresses. These e-books were created from 1,830 books originally published between 1776 and 1876. The collection first and foremost contains novels and short stories, but also plays, poetry as well as a few anthologies, travel literature and children's books that stem from the holdings of the Fürstliche Bibliothek Corvey. It is the most comprehensive compilation of women's literature from the romantic period in English language. The collection contains approximately 90 percent of the British prose published during that time. The e-books contain digitally enhanced facsimile pages of the historic book pages, and additionally bookmarks pointing to relevant sections of a work. On the e-book pages, full text search functions can be carried out within the historic text and layout.

Europa Sacra contains information on all 1300 medieval bishoprics, archdioceses and patriarchates under obedience to Rome as well as prosopographical information on 18,507 bishops, archbishops and patriarchs. This collection altogether (in two parts) contains more than 220,000 pages from 848 ebooks by authoresses of the 18th and 19th centuries; first and foremost covering short stories, but also plays, travel literature, children's books, biographies and memoirs. The ebooks were created from books which were originally published during the classical and romantic periods, the pre-March era (Vormärz), the period of Young Germany (Junges Deutschland) and afterwards, and which stem from holdings of the Fürstliche Bibliothek Corvey. The collection contains digitally enhanced facsimile pages of the historic book pages, with links pointing to relevant sections of the works.

The research database "German Literary Expressionism Online", published in 2009, compiles 151 journals, yearbooks, collections and anthologies from the early 20th century, containing 40,000 articles and 79,000 full text pages in total.

The Library of Latin Texts, originating from the Cetedoc Library of Christian Latin Texts (CLCLT), is the most comprehensive collection of Latin texts. The database contains texts from the beginnings of Latin literature (Livius Andronicus, 240 B.C.) until the 2nd Vatican Council (1962-1965). It covers the classical period as well as works by the Church Fathers, medieval Latin literature, or even works from the reformation and counter-reformation. Additionally, texts from Corpus Christianorum / Series Latina and Continuatio Mediaevalis as well as from a large number of editions of the Corpus Scriptorum Ecclesiasticorum Latinorum, from the Patrologia Latina, from the Sources Chrétiennes, from the Opera Sancti Bernardi, Biblia Sacra Vulgata and the pseudo epigraphical scripts of the Old Testament are available.
