The KCI Korean Journal Database provides a comprehensive snapshot of the most influential regional content from researchers in South Korea. Using citation connections from the Web of Science™, regional work is framed within the broader context of global research. Created in collaboration with the National Research Foundation of Korea, this database covers articles from approximately 2,000 scholarly journals (over 1,500 new to the Web of Science).

Latest Thinking (LT) aims to facilitate access to scientific research by asking leading researchers to explain their publications to a wider audience. Together with the scholars LT produces videos on their respective studies and collects those videos on the LT platform. In the videos, the researchers tell you what their question was, how they approached the problem, what they found out, where the relevance of their studies lies and how they or others may further deal with the subject. This database is an authoritative source for information on current issues, studies, thoughts and trends of the legal world. Legal Collection offers full text for more than 300 of the world’s best law journals.

LexiQamus is a reference work and online tool for identifying and analyzing illegible words from Ottoman-Turkish texts. It can even be used to search for the recognisable parts of a word. Based on over 170,000 words and phrases from 19 different dictionaries, LexiQamus comprises the entries of the reference work "A Turkish and English lexicon" (1890) by James Redhouse and all content from the website osmanlicasozlukler.com which collects entries from Ottoman dictionaries.

Library, Information Science & Technology Abstract (LISTA) indexes more than 690 periodicals, plus books, research reports and proceedings. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s.

LIVIVO bundles scientifically relevant resources from the subjects fields medicine, health, nutrition, environmental and agricultural sciences. It provides a common search interface over various data sources, such as library catalogs, specialist bibliographic databases, full texts from journals, and quality-controlled web content. LIVIVO combines the former ZB MED search portals MEDPILOT (2003 to 2015) and GREENPILOT (2009 to 2015).

The LWW Legacy Archive contains 220 journals in nursing, medicine, and healthcare. The DFG-funded backfile originally covered the content from volume 1 to 2004, thus providing access to more than 5.000.000 pages and nearly half a million articles. For most journals included, this coverage has been extended to end of 2014.

It provides Web access to reviews, abstracts and bibliographic information from Mathematical Review and Current Mathematical Publications. The database contains information on over 4 million articles and books, with direct links to over 2.7 million articles in over 1,800 journals.

MDPI (Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute) is an academic open-access publisher with a portfolio of more than 400 peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary, open access, electronic journals. MEDLINE® is the United States National Library of Medicine's (NLM®) premier bibliographic database providing information from the following fields: Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Veterinary medicine, Allied health, Pre-clinical sciences. as well as information from international literature on biomedicine, including the following topics as they relate to biomedicine and health care: Biology, Environmental science, Marine biology, Plant and animal science, Biophysics, Chemistry. The database contains bibliographic citations and author abstracts from approx. 5,000 biomedical journals published in the United States and in 70 other countries. MEDLINE contains well over 13 million citations dating back to 1946. NLM uses a controlled vocabulary of biomedical terms to index articles, to catalog books and other holdings. MEDLINE’s controlled-vocabulary thesaurus contains Medical Subject Headings (MeSH®) to describe the subject of each journal article in the database. MeSH terms provide a consistent way of retrieving information that uses different terminology for the same concept. Within MEDLINE’s thesaurus, MeSH terms display hierarchically by category, with more specific terms arranged beneath broader terms.

The Middle Eastern & North African Newspapers collection includes publications from across this dynamic region, providing unique insights into the history of individual countries, as well as broad viewpoints on key historic events from the late nineteenth century through the present. Key topics include the decline of colonialism, the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the Suez Crisis, the Cold War, the rise of the petroleum industry, twentieth-century pan-Arab movements, both World Wars, the establishment of the state of Israel, the Iran-Iraq War, and the recent Arab Spring. Researchers will find a wealth of unique content from the Middle East and North Africa, much of which has never been digitized or available as open access material. Content in the Middle Eastern & North African Newspapers collection is predominantly in Arabic, but also includes key titles in English and French. The collection comprises mostly out-of-copyright, orphaned content. Subscribing institutions also receive access to five in-copyright titles from the region: Jumhuriyah (Egypt), Filastin (Palestine), Al Akhbar (Lebanon), Al Riadh (Saudi Arabia), and Ad Dustour (Jordan).

This resource lists those electronic journals in which Max Planck authors can publish open access free of charge because the article processing charges (APCs) are supposed to be covered by central funds. The dataset currently contains nearly 7500 journals and is also available as JSON export.

The Max Planck Journal Index provides holdings of a great range of printed journals available within the Max Planck Society. Besides, it contains metadata of electronic journals as loaded from the EZB. The database is updated regularly from the ZDB (twice a year) and the EZB (monthly).

MPG.PuRe is the publication repository of the Max Planck Society. It contains bibliographic data and numerous fulltexts of the publications of its researchers. The repository is based on PubMan, a publication repository software developed by the Max Planck Digital Library. PuRe was introduced in the MPG in May 2009 and replaced the former institutional repository eDoc.

Since 1992, NASA has offered their "unclassified, unlimited" technical reports, contractor reports, NASA-authored dissertations and re-prints on the web. The subject areas include all engineering and scientific disciplines, but are heavily focused on aerospace research. NASA also makes available the reports of its predecessor agency, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA, 1917-1958).
