The SpringerLink platform provides MPG staff with access to a huge collection of English and German eBooks from 2005 onwards, as well as the English and the German collection of the Springer Book Archive (1842-2004). In addition, the content of selected book series is available. Includes major reference works and dictionaries. Max Planck researchers who publish a monograph or edited volume with Springer Nature as an Open Access eBook receive a discount on the standard Book Publishing Charge. SSOAR collects electronic full texts from the domain of the Social Sciences and makes these texts available according to the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Scientific Knowledge.

As the publisher of DIN, Europe's largest standardization body, DIN Media provides digital versions of German standards as DIN and VDI standards as well as European and a multitude of international standards, including ISO standards. The Max Planck Society purchased a selection of these standards and makes them available to Max Planck staff via an internal web server. Please refer to your local libary or purchasing department if you are missing a relevant standard.

The department "Survey Data Curation", part of GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, processes and prepares social science research data across a diverse range of data types to support research, especially in comparative perspectives across space and time. The curated data include long-term national (e.g., ALLBUS, GLES, Politbarometer, FReDA) and international (e.g., ISSP, EVS, CSES, Eurobarometer) survey programs with large user communities. The data are prepared for immediate re-use for research and teaching purposes. The department also offers services for linking surveys with geo-data and digital behavioral data.

zbMATH Open (formerly known as Zentralblatt MATH) is the world's most complete and longest running abstracting and reviewing service in pure and applied mathematics. The MATH Database contains several million entries drawn from more than 3,500 serials and journals, and more than 1,100 book series and monographs. The entries are classified according to the Mathematics Subject Classification Scheme (MSC 2000).

This database contains references to 185.858 articles of educational relevance from domestic and foreign journals and newsletters. All education areas are covered: kindergarten, school, job training, academy, further training, discussions and decisions of matters of education policy. The database was concluded on 30 April 2015 and is no longer updated, but the archive is still available for document ordering. -- In dieser Datenbank sind 185.858 bildungsrelevante Artikel aus in- und ausländischen Zeitungen und Newslettern nachgewiesen und mit Schlagwörtern erschlossen. Dabei werden alle Bildungsbereiche - vom Kindergarten über Schule, Berufliche Bildung, Hochschule, Weiterbildung bis hin zu bildungspolitischen Diskussionen und Entscheidungen - abgedeckt.
