The ACM Digital Library is a research, discovery and networking platform containing the fulltext collection of all ACM publications, including journals, conference proceedings, technical magazines, newsletters and books. The MPG subscription provides access to nearly the entire ACM Digital Library, excluding the ACM Books series content. AIP Conference Proceedings contain over 100,000 articles available from Vol. 1 (1970) onwards and is growing by 100 volumes every year. High quality proceedings of events in physics, materials science and relevant mathematical disciplines are published.

The Scitation platform offers access to electronic journals published by the American Institute of Physics and its member societies. The American Physical Society publishes the Physical Review journal collection of 15 leading peer-reviewed research journals includes Physical Review Letters, Physical Review X, Physical Review, and Reviews of Modern Physics. Crystallography Journals Online provides access to following eight academic journals published by the scientific society International Union of Crystallography in association with Wiley: Acta Crystallographica Sections A to F, Journal of Applied Crystallography and Journal of Synchrotron Radiation. Users from the Max Planck Society have full text access to all articles, including the complete journal archive reaching back to 1948.

The "Eurographics Digital Library Archive" is freely accessible regarding the bibiographic and the metadata content. Only the access to most of the full-text documents is restricted to a subscription. - Content: Among other things tutorials, database files, dissertations, papers of a journal, as well as proceedings of conferences, workshops, and symposia.

The FHI library offers the researchers of the Fritz Haber Institute a strong support in the publication process, especially for Open Access publications. It supports the researchers in all their information needs, providing electronic and printed contents and collects special literature covering the research fields of the institute (surface science and catalysis). The library catalogue contains books, e-books, dissertations, journal volumes, book series and holdings from the department libraries.

Heise online is a leading German news platform focusing on information technology, telecommunications technology and their impact on society. The MPG subscription includes access to 6 well-known magazines from the Heise journal portfolio (available content from 2016 - present): c't, iX, MIT Technology Review, Mac & i, Make, c't Fotografie. The product heise+ extends the freely available platform content and provides access to special content for MPG users, such as exclusive tests, buying and consumer advice, analyses, podcasts, practitioners' reports and background articles.

The IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) provides access to almost a third of the world's current electrical engineering and computer science literature, featuring high-quality content from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). IEL covers all IEEE journals, transactions, and magazines, IEEE conference proceedings, IET conference proceedings, IEEE published standards and IEEE Standards Dictionary Online. The subscription includes complimentary access to selected VDE VERLAG Conference Proceedings. Access is provided via the IEEE Xplore interface.
