Launched in 2017, it started with translations between 7 European languages and currently supports 24 languages. The MPG subscription to DeepL Pro ensures unlimited text translations and that the translated content is not stored or reused. Available on the InCites platform, the ESI data may directly be accessed from highly ranked records in the Web of Science.

The Journal Citation Reports provide statistical information on journals (e.g. journal impact factors) sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection. The JCR includes information on more than 9,500 science journals, 3,500 social sciences journals, 1,500 arts & humanities journals and 4,500 Gold Open Access journals. Although available on a separate platform, the JCR may directly be accessed from most of the records included in the Web of Science.
