The SAO/NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS) is a digital library portal for researchers in astronomy and physics, operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) under a NASA grant. The MATH Database contains several million entries drawn from more than 3,500 serials and journals, and more than 1,100 book series and monographs. The entries are classified according to the Mathematics Subject Classification Scheme (MSC 2000).

This database contains references to 185.858 articles of educational relevance from domestic and foreign journals and newsletters. All education areas are covered: kindergarten, school, job training, academy, further training, discussions and decisions of matters of education policy.
