The ACM Digital Library is a research, discovery and networking platform containing the fulltext collection of all ACM publications, including journals, conference proceedings, technical magazines, newsletters and books. The MPG subscription provides access to nearly the entire ACM Digital Library, excluding the ACM Books series content. Derwent Innovations Index (DII) is a comprehensive database of international patent information, merging records from the Derwent World Patents Index® with patent citation information from the Derwent Patents Citation Index® (Derwent PCI). The index provides web access to over 14 million basic inventions and more than 20 million patents, with coverage dating back to 1963 in some technology areas. The database gives users a comprehensive overview of inventions in the global marketplace in three categories: Chemical, Engineering, and Electrical & Electronic. The bibliographic records are enriched by citation data from Derwent PCI appearing in patents from 6 major patenting authorities. Derwent DCI provides details of citations, both patent and literature, reviewed by the examiner during the examination of a patent application. Prior to May 1997, examiner and author citations were provided for 16 patent-issuing authorities. The database also contains a backfile with patent records dating back to the 1970's. Every week approximately 25,000 patent documents from more than 47 patent-issuing authorities are reviewed and value enhanced by Derwent's patent experts. In addition, every week new cited and citing references are added for approximately 45,000 records from the six major patent-issuing authorities. The resource also includes Derwent Chemical Reactions (DCR), a unique database of searchable chemical structures and other substance-based information. It is used to search for specific compounds that are indexed in Derwent World Patents Index records.

MIT Press Direct is the content platform for publications owned by the MIT Press. The Press is one of the largest and distinguished university presses in the world and a leading publisher of books and journals at the intersection of science, technology, art, social science, and design. Within the Direct to Open (D2O) model Max Planck users have access to current ebooks from selected subject collections (published between 2022 and 2024), i.e. STEM collection, art and design collection, humanities and social sciences collection. The MPG subscription also covers the complete archive collection with more than 2,500 scholarly books spanning the publishing history of the MIT Press.

Designed for the digital world and an expanding universe of metadata users, "RDA: Resource Description and Access" is the new, unified cataloging standard. The online RDA Toolkit is the most effective way to interact with the new standard.

The database Russian Library and Information Sciences comprises professional journals from the fields of library science and bibliography as well as archives and museums. Adressing librarians, bibliographers and information specialists, the publications deal with various topics, e.g. the operation of libraries and archives, bibliographic standards and digitization in librarianship. Besides current titles from Russia and Ukraine, the collection also contains the archives of discontinued journals from the information and library sector.

The Russian national bibliography is going back to 1998 and consists of 8 series: * Knigi Rossii (formerly Knizhnaia letopis’): Russian book publications. * Statii iz rossiiskikh gazet (formerly Letopis’ gazetnykh statei): Bibliographic entries on documentary materials, articles, and works of fiction from every major newspaper in Russia. * Statii iz rossiiskikh zhurnalov (formerly Letopis’ zhurnal’nykh statei): The complete index to Russian journals. * Retsenzii iz rossiiskikh izdanii (formerly Letopis’ retsenzii): Book reviews (Russian and foreign) found in the central and regional Russian press. * Rossiiskie kartograficheskie izdaniia (formerly Kartograficheskaia letopis’): Bibliographic information for all cartography and maps produced in Russia. * Avtoreferaty dissertatsii (formerly Letopis’ avtoreferatov dissertatsii): Indexes all synopses of dissertations defended in research and educational establishments in the Russian Federation. * Rossiiskie notnye izdaniia (formerly Notnaia letopis’): General index to Russian music. * Rossiiskie izoizdaniia (formerly Letopis’ izoizdanii): Bibliographic index of albums, posters and reproductions published either separately or appearing in books, collected works and magazines.
